Paula Bosco Damon

Paula Bosco Damon, BA ‘91, MA ‘93, University of South Dakota.
Her work has been accepted for exhibitions at the Sioux City Art Center; Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center, both in Sioux City, Iowa; Blue Cat Gallery, Wayne, NE; and Siouxland Artists, Inc. Traveling Exhibits in Upper Midwest Galleries. Her prized photograph “Gilded Sunrise” was featured in The Briar Cliff Review.
In a 2023 juried exhibit for Siouxland Artists, Inc., at The Sioux City Art Center, Bosco Damon’s photograph “The Little Light of Mine” earned the Superior Award. While studying at the University, Bosco Damon began a long career as a photojournalist for three newspapers, including The Sioux City Journal. Selections from her body of work are published in “Intrepid Coalescing,” a poetry arts chapbook in collaboration with Brian Joel Damon.
Bosco Damon has traveled extensively, taking photos on the Texas Gulf Coast, Pacific Northwest, New York State’s Southern Tier, and the Upper Midwest.
